✓ We will do our best to pack and dispatch within 24 hours of the order. In fact, it is often next day delivery.You will receive an email with tracking code once it's on it's way to you.
✓ Delivery is from our Melbourne Warehouse and typically arrives within 3-8 days depending on where you are located in Australia and New Zealand.
✓ Delivery to Europe, North America and Asia can take 6 - 15 business days.
If no-one is at home you should receive a 'calling card' explaining where to collect the parcel from the Post Office or for couriers, an email explaining how to arrange re-delivery. If no-one will be at home during the day, you might consider having the order shipped to a work address.
NO BREAKAGE GUARANTEE
We offer a no breakage guarantee. If upon receiving the product there is a crack or breakage in the drinkware, as a result of damage during delivery, please ensure you email us with a photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will post a replacement to you. Our products are safely packaged to virtually eliminate this from occurring, but we provide this guarantee for your peace of mind.

An estimated dispatch date will be provided on the product page at the time of placing a pre-order. Pre-orders will receive a confirmation email when the pre-order has been dispatched. Please note if you order an in stock item/s with your pre-order these will be shipped together when your pre-order arrives. If you would like your in-stock item to be dispatched earlier we recommend placing a separate order.
Lovely glass and the markings are discreet and simple. Wash well in our dishwasher. Bit more than what we wanted to pay but nothing like it out there and it’s good quality.

AustraliaIts a nice shape glass, my personal preference would be if it was slightly heavier or thicker gauge glass, with a shorter and again thicker stem. They are very nice, but possibly a little delicate for everyday use. They are very well made and top notch quality.
AustraliaThey are beautiful glasses and the etching is only small so you don’t see much of the lines but they are there for the guide.
AustraliaI think it's a great idea but I find the lines on the glass are so faint, it's so hard to pour to the right level. I am older so my eyesight isn't like it was, and I know you wish to be discreet on the glass, but I think it's important to design one where the lines are much more discernible for each alcohol range and be very clearly visible. I full endorse the concept and wish you all the best.
AustraliaThe glasses are lovely to drink from and the pour lines are a great idea, but we’ve found them difficult to see! As a couple of ‘oldies’ our eyesight isn’t quite what it used to be. Make the lines bigger and clearer!

New ZealandHavnt had a chance to use glasses yet as they are a gift. I have however opened the box and they look impressive. I do wish they came in a fancier box for the price however I believe my partner will enjoy them as we have an inside joke on who can pour the perfect amount
