We use Australia Post and reliable couriers with online tracking to ensure you get your glasses fast do you can enjoy that next drink.
✓ We will do our best to pack and dispatch within 24 hours of the order. In fact, it is often next day delivery.You will receive an email with tracking code once it's on it's way to you.
✓ Delivery is from our Melbourne Warehouse and typically arrives within 3-7 days depending on where you are located in Australia and New Zealand.
✓ Delivery to Europe, North America and Asia can take 6 - 15 business days.
If no-one is at home you should receive a 'calling card' explaining where to collect the parcel from the Post Office or for couriers, an email explaining how to arrange re-delivery. If no-one will be at home during the day, you might consider having the order shipped to a work address.
All orders require your signature on delivery unless you tick 'Authority to Leave' and leave special delivery instructions in the Comments Box during Checkout for the order to be left in a safe location should you not be at home. Please note, however, that by doing so you take responsibility should the order go missing after it is delivered.
NO BREAKAGE GUARANTEE
We offer a no breakage guarantee. If upon receiving the product there is a crack or breakage in the drinkware, as a result of damage during delivery, please ensure you email us with a photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will post a replacement to you. Our products are safely packaged to virtually eliminate this from occurring, but we provide this guarantee for your peace of mind.

When free shipping is available it will automatically be applied when calculating shipping cost. Free shipping is only available for the following countries: Australia, New Zealand. More countries may be added to this list over time.
PRE ORDERS
An estimated dispatch date will be provided on the product page at the time of placing a pre-order. Pre-orders will receive a confirmation email when the pre-order has been dispatched. Please note if you order an in stock item/s with your pre-order these will be shipped together when your pre-order arrives. If you would like your in-stock item to be dispatched earlier we recommend placing a separate order.
